Virtusa gives everyone the opportunity to explore new technologies. It is upto the candidate to prove by taking certifications and learning new technologies. One gets challenging micro projects which lasts for 1 year or so in most of the cases. Job security is less.

I had a chance to work with worst manager (or senior we can say) My overall experience is not good here. If you have another opportunity to choose, don’t choose this one.

Pros

There are many opportunities for learning as they provide learning sessions on a regular basis

Cons

Management is not good, Salary is less and no hikes seen in 1.5 years since joining, No good opportunities in terms of projects, they put in bench for 3-4 months

If you want to work on good projects, then Virtusa definitely provides it where you get good learning opportunity.But if it comes to your performance then it is not going to be evaluated correctly based on your merits. Manager keeps changing every 2-3 months, so not sure how they are gonna track the performance. Also they just follow what client says. They are not bothered about what an employee is facing.and don't expect a good hike during the appraisal.
