Bad work-life balance, project manager politics

Completely depends on your project. In the project where I was mapped to, I had a bad work-life balance and full of politics. No proper salary hikes.

So many new technology to work,and managers and other co workers are friendly,if anybody get opportunity to work,just gohead, most of the project are developed from scratch

Overall pretty good

The company is pretty chill to work for. Work life balance depends on the project. Hikes are comparatively low according to market but yearly once you'll get hike for sure. Management is good, HR are very helpful. Have a lot of legacy projects and latest as well, choose them yourself before joining.

Good team members and Not so supportive HR.Always gives priority to favoritism lot of politics.No onsite opportunity,very less onshore opportunity .

Nice environment, not suitable for passionate people. Albeit, provides opportunities to learn new stack by conducting webinars and stuff like that. So Overall its good, but could do better on projects

It's a good company for beginners

I learnt about work culture in Virtusa. It help me gain experience in User interface development. People at Virtusa are more friendly and helpful. Sometimes you have to stretch to meet deadlines.

Good, if you are in a good project. there are a lot of support projects and you wont get saturday, sunday as week off and will have shift. Workculture is good.

No use of your talent

People with development skills are put into Support projects. Also, they focus more on the college you're coming from than your background. Employees with non-CSE backgrounds from prestigious colleges are given good development projects and CSE background students are put into Testing, Support projects.

The worst IT company

The company is so worst, they hire saying its for Java developer and upon joining they will push you into support saying we did not guarantee you they you will get development. The management is so bad that they will change policies frequently. At joining as per offer letter you should get variable pay within six months but after some months they will change it to yearly. In short , stay away from this company. Only join this company if you don't have aspiration in life. They will ruin your career.
