Associate Software Engineer (Former Employee) - Chennai, Tamil Nadu - February 2, 2023
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedCompletely depends on your project. In the project where I was mapped to, I had a bad work-life balance and full of politics. No proper salary hikes.

Team Lead (Former Employee) - India - July 13, 2022
The job itself wasnt difficult, but the higher management played favourites. The bonus and incentives are given purely based on who's the manager's favourite.
Pros

Senior Consultant (Current Employee) - Chennai - June 21, 2022
Good company, lots of learning to do here. Jobs are pretty safe. Pay is also decent. The projects are less, it's adviced to switch only when you want to be stable

Fun workplace
UI/UX Designer (Former Employee) - Colombi, Goa - April 5, 2022
The culture at Best Company is by far the greatest asset. You can tell that they truly care about the happiness of their employees. It's a really relaxed and calm environment, even though the work we do can be fast paced. I don't dread coming into work on Monday mornings and the managers are extremely patient and understanding. -Good Salary -Flexible With Vacation Time-Benefits-Fully Stocked Kitchen Although steps have been taken to reduce it, there is still a feeling of the company being more reactive than proactive with things sometimes being left to the last minute. • At times there seems to be a slight divide between the departments upstairs and downstairs, which may be down to the varied nature of the work being carried out in each department.

Good place to learn but work is more than salaries
Associate Manager (Business Development) (Current Employee) - Banglore - August 8, 2021
Virtusa is a good place to learn and grow with lots of opportunities. The work load is a bit much and it is a bit stressful. One might feel like they are not compensated enough based on the amount of work the company takes.
Pros
Learning experience

Software Engineer (Former Employee) - Chennai, Tamil Nadu - February 15, 2021
A lot of new technologies being adopted. Payscale needs to increase for the amount of work done or overtime work should be paid for. Managers are decent!
