Completely depends on your project. In the project where I was mapped to, I had a bad work-life balance and full of politics. No proper salary hikes.

Worst for Sap

There is only one project for Sap. One of the worst maintained projects. we need to listen everything to the client. They are arrogant and too many meeting. Cannot find any alternative as there is only one project. Joined due to good pay but lot of people abscond just after joining the company

Easy Job difficult top management

The culture at Best Company is by far the greatest asset. You can tell that they truly care about the happiness of their employees. It's a really relaxed and calm environment, even though the work we do can be fast paced.
