Virtusa Employee Review

Bad Place to learn and grow

They work in Silos, not as a team. Hence your opportunity to learn new tech is almost nil. If you value your future career, please consider other options

Micro managed work place

The work environment does not foster transparency which leaves the employee clueless on what is expected from the team. Lack of support from the management.

Pros

Flexible work hours

Cons

Micro management

Satisfied and Fun

It is fun and learning working with Polaris at the beginning. Learnt collaboration and culture adaptation is the key factor needed in the organisations once Polaris is taken over by Virtusa. Helped me in upgrading skills by constantly opting to the internal trainings and collaboration calls within clients and other stake holders. Its overall pleasant working in Virtusa Polaris with a good and supporting team.

Pros

Daily night free dinner for people who stay after 9 and free snacks by 7

Cons

Unanswered queries still in queue

Good learning and great salary

The company has good learning, good salary if ur a critical resource but the bench policy is very worst. Sometime u have to run all around to get things done.
