What is the best part of working at the company?Salary package is just worst. They treat you like labour and you do have rights to speak on right side. Vishn solution which is in camac street having uneducated management ,hr,manager are all frauds they only plan how to cheat employees salaries .. they are having so many rowdies inside..this is no.1 3 rd class company in ..kolkatta..office maintanence is very poor hr will fold the hands and answer the guys only who are smart.with others she behave locally.and a manager used to play games and to create dupilcate reports..

Good to start up career in bdo section for freshers. Salary depend on the skill of the agent. Nice place and peacefull environment. HR were very supportive and good to work in that company.

Low salary structure

I gave interview for customer care executive as a fresher. They told me 3800/- for part time from 2 PM to 8 PM. Salary structure was lower than our house maid. And the timing was extremely odd. They asked me for my documentation process in the very next day which i skipped with pleasure. Now i am working in the south end school as a teacher and very happy with my job profile.

Pros

Getting job is easy. Anybody with good communication skills can apply here.

Cons

Low salary structure as compared to the very long working hours

Working atmosphere is not bad, but salary structure is not up to the expectation. For freshers, it could be a well start up company to work with.They can have some learning experience and obviously the patience level will improve definitely with the work load of 12 hours.

Vishnu Solutions was an outbound call center where I started my career. Our day at work will start with our Supervisors on the floor cascading the daily targets to all of us and then we will start making cold calls to customers in trying to sell them various products over the phone. A very competitive and challenging work environment was Vishnu Solutions.

I have started my career in kolkata from Vishnu Solutions. It is big company with more than 500 people working. Have worked for more than 2 and half years, but sorry to say it is the worst company have worked with.
