Good company

Its a good company but lack of salary issue over there and also timing issue over there . So I suggested please increase a salary and decrease a timings.

Low salary structure

I gave interview for customer care executive as a fresher. They told me 3800/- for part time from 2 PM to 8 PM. Salary structure was lower than our house maid. And the timing was extremely odd. They asked me for my documentation process in the very next day which i skipped with pleasure. Now i am working in the south end school as a teacher and very happy with my job profile.

Pros

Getting job is easy. Anybody with good communication skills can apply here.

Friendly environment

Should increase salary amount and incentive amount should also be increased And salary should be given on date not one day after the mentioned date More part timings should be inculcated
