Company about to crumble and collapse

Worthless management. Irrelevant use of resources. Waste of time working with this company. Salaries are not paid for months on end. Already blacklisted by several vendors in the market. Fake and criminals running the company.

I worked at Vision Group for 3 months and I was introduced to a completely different environment, because what we laern in school and what happens at workplace is completely different. I was supervised and guided on a right path and with every step I took, I gained confidence and started performing better. The workplace was a comfortable environment and my co-workers were very helpful.

Good Management and Fun Work Place

It's a good work in Vision Group,I have learned allot.It's a good platform for Management students,because as i am an engineer but,its a wonderful experience.i have learned many business management skills over here,like,approaching companies,talking with them without fear,and make them agree to conduct events in the company...etc.It's a good job for freshers to learn many skills,mainly communication skills,as it is very necessary for them.and also body language,professional behavior,team management,leadership qualities...etc are the main things we can learn here very perfectly.And also the co-workers was very close,its like college environment,so i enjoyed allot.My memorable day was my promotion,with in 3 months i have promoted as a Team Leader,and that was happened first time in The Vision Group.And the hardest part was my profession,because as i am an Btech student,but the job was quite different and main reason was job hours,it was very long,that is till 9'o clock in the night,and also the payment was poor,not manageable for my requirements,So i thought using this experience i can get good job with good salary,if possible i may get the good job in my field. Thats the reason i left the job and searching for new jobs
