I think workload is too much in company. And juniors are not treated well in company. Juniors are not treated well in company. There is no appreciation of the work done by us.

It is OK kind of Company

The Work Culture is not that good. There is no proper planning of Tasks/ Features. Last Minute changes just before the Project Cutoff date. This company has the Worst management and WORST HR POLICIES

Productive and Friendly wokrplace

The workplace is very flexible with hours as long as you clock in 9 hours of working minimum per day. I've learned to be very efficient and turn in projects on time without fail. The workplace culture is very friendly with various cultures. A typical day of work consists of coding and handling projects personally, making sure tasks are completed on time and being ahead of myself. Pushing my limits to make the most of my work as well as help better the company. The hardest part of the job is deadlines, making sure everything is done on time. The most enjoyable part is having the experience to meet new co-workers and be a part of the community.

Productive and creative work place

I used to develop different logic and programs when I was doing my Bachelors degree. I got recruited after completion of my graduation and I felt no difference in developing programs. I liked working at VISTEX. Seniors co-operate very well. The most enjoyable part of my job is when High Priority issues comes and they are solved by me.
