I would never recommend anyone to join VLCC. It has been the worst place to work so far. Work life balance is zero.You don't get paid enough firstly and then they even deduct your salary when their so called sales targets are not achieved,they only put pressure on employees to complete the targets...your productivity is only judged on behalf of the sales that you do,even if you're working overtime and managing literally everything but are unable to do the sales, you will be counted in the lowest. For me when I joined they did not even provided me my offer letter and made me work for 22 days without providing me the salary for it..no body including the seniors helped me while I tried to talk to them... worst company ever

Even after more than 3 months of leaving my job, I have not received my full and final settlement dues.Work culture is the worst.No holidays and they don't let you take a week offs also. They lure the employees during interviews with fabricated lies of different incentives once the probation period is over they start exploiting employees.

A lot of Sale pressure. You lose your sleep over the unreasonable targets that cannot be achieved as per the leads provided by them. They want the employee to do sale, marketing, tele calling, admin, everything alone. in return you get threatened to lose your job every time you talk to your manager.Multiple targets all over the month and they want you to work till midnight.

The worst company to work with.

I worked at VLCC as a nutrition lecturer. Although despite being a lecturer i more over felt like a sales person. The company doesn't care about the workers not the students. They just care about how to make money for themselves. In lockdown they dedicated almost 60% of the salary despite doing extra work. Also when i gave my notice to resign they requested me to work for an extra month and till now haven't given me salary for the last two months. It has been more than 3 months now.

This company is very bad. It doesn't even care about their employees. They treat employees very bad. They only care about money. They will not pay you for your hard work. Once you start questioning, they will ignore you, they will not even bother to reply. Thats how professional they are. Very very very bad company.

I only liked working at VLCC chembur was because of the staff. Very friendly and home-like staff but horrible working pattern. Only if someone is excellent in sales would be fine there, or else its a difficult place. No space for education.
