Best company ever!!
Accounts Receivable Analyst (Current Employee) - Bangalore, Karnataka - November 28, 2023
If God had to own and run a company, this is how perfect it would be! Great leadership Phenomenal Benefits Excellent Pay Remote Working You would never find a single dissatisfied employee. Nevertheless, All of this has come to an abrupt end with the acquisition by Broadcom.

What people like

Employ Benifites are good But Weavy Leadership
MTS3 (Current Employee) - Bangalore, Karnataka - November 10, 2023
Weavy Leadership sometimes unclear Roadmap, a new feature development remains unused for years. Employ Benefits are good, WLB mostly depends on the Team & Manager Very hazy vision about the Broadcom acquisition. Went through multiple acquisitions history.

Best Company to work
Cloud Engineer (Current Employee) - Bengaluru - November 9, 2023
I dont see any cons, as all the companies have good and bad teams. im really lucky enough to be part of vmware and along with part of great team. I dont see any cons with vmware with its benefits, pay scale or work culture. all these things make vmware a best company to work.

PRODUCT OWNER (Current Employee) - Remote - November 8, 2023
But now the company is getting acquired by broadcom. We expect a lot of layoffs and a drastic shift in the culture, so be very careful if you want to apply for VMware in future.

Amazing company with great culture and values
MTS (Current Employee) - Pune, Maharashtra - October 4, 2023
great company to work for, you get good pay and good perks. They also give RSU options. Also, the culture is really great, you get a lot of holidays, no micro management etc. I have enjoyed my tenure here to the fullest. It is a company with great regards for its employees.

A Good company going to the dogs
Engineering Manager (Former Employee) - Bangalore - May 17, 2023
This was a great company a few years back but now they would hire and fire for no reason. No business strategy and poor leadership are hurting the company and its employees. The directors are visionless and powerless.
