Lots of push towards innvoation. I don't think nowhere one will kind this kind of platform to showcase their innovation skills. Good pay and bonus is good.

A Good company going to the dogs

This was a great company a few years back but now they would hire and fire for no reason.No business strategy and poor leadership are hurting the company and its employees. The directors are visionless and powerless.

Place where you have alot to learn along with WLB

Great place to work at!

Pays well and and depending on your team good wlb. A lot of people stay around for a long time, some politics but ICs are generally respected.Only con is most work is related to VMware domain so not a lot of transferable learning after a few years.

Great place to work

VMware is a great place to work with of course ifs and buts.. it really cares about its employees, managers are required to be genuinely helpful to the reportees, work life balance is good, benefits are OK.Growth pace is slow, frequent fear of job loss due to ruthless firing that happens every now and then (most impacted ones are R&D and Sales)Otherwise it is a great place to work and build a formidable career

Good culture and benefits

Management tries to help employees with respect to work-life balance. Politics exists here as well but it wont affect the juniors. Knowing end-to-end is very hard as the project/product has very high landscape. We will only work on a very small portion of the project
