Ok to work

No support in daily activities. No proper responses from the line managers. Work which they are giving is not upto the mark. First they they kept for large Corporate Collections & now telling to go in small companies. Work ethics are not proper.

Overall good working culture. I got call from indeed profile. Interview and placement was very fast. And got placement on my hometown itself. If you are looking for a career growth opportunity, VI is the best

Working with vodafone Idea Ltd is very good and has lot of benefits also the company takes care of their employees and gives work life balance and has benefits for traveling and is fun working, targets are high but very friendly management and takes care of employees

Job carried out smoothly

Job at vil was running smoothly although there was also no Job security. There was less mental stress of paper work and there was good coordination of field engineers with management.
