Job culture is good & yearly incrementts are fare enough. But job security is very less.

Depends on individual for growth

Good place to work, but work will be hectic. You can learn anything you want. There won't be any restrictions in learning. I was able to gain experience in NOKIA equipment.

Low paced working culture but you can enjoy.

Vodafone one of lovely company. I’ll never forget Vodafone time and my stint. I have stay less than three years but in that span of time I learn a lots about corporate policies. Vodafone always on high priority for employe safety and well-being.

For experience person and learning perspective it's very good company

Overall it's good company, people's many more years to work here , passionate people about to work, for long term perspective it's a good project and relax , average salary, no permanent work from home, hybrid mode, in week 2 days

Worst company for offrole

I will suggest never to join this company on offrole basis as it will only ruin your career, salary increement is equal to nill, it is really difficult to survive at the package company provides.Even you work hard for the company it will never promote you to higher position, they appoint stupid managers and HR's that is why company is not growing, this company has lack of talented people.

I was third party employee to work with Vodafone I was cashier almost 4 year I was worked as a cashier in Vodafone store it was a great experience I learn lot of things

Productive and fun workplace

Vodafone is like a dream company to work in, for many employees. However, the company is not as good as it looks from outside.Internal politics is a main reason for this. Favouritism is another one.However, overall I am enjoying working at Vodafone, India.Its a good company as compared with many others at least in India.

Fun place

Extremely conducive work environment. One is allowed to own roles and deliver within timelines. Growth is good and a good place for any career stage. Compensation is awesome along with the benefits attached.
