Need change of job as to meet up aspiration for handling higher role. I am ready to handle different roles. Being handled supply chain role fulling all requirements of every department. Taking out people for no reason

All good management have left only people who are here are waiting for their retirement and very very bad management. No job security at all, no people focus.

Good company to work with, but growth level is low. Enough leaves and WFH are allowed. So work life balance is there. Growth level is comparatively low.
