Low paced working culture but you can enjoy.

Vodafone one of lovely company. I’ll never forget Vodafone time and my stint. I have stay less than three years but in that span of time I learn a lots about corporate policies. Vodafone always on high priority for employe safety and well-being.

in international process, I used to work in night shift and early morning shift only. team building and role of individual in the team I learned from there. Management is good, but not best. It can be better if they do some changes in it. culture is very friendly, but bossism is there.

Vodafone Idea Ltd : Learning is dependent on your department and team. Work-life balance is worst for Networks department compared to others. Since company is dealing with hard times personal financial growth of employees is compromised.

The Vodafone as a organization is very good as workplace. But the management need to review themselves for implementing any rules and following them regularly. Here management is not working accordingly what the process needs. They have selected the inexperienced people as a team lead or managers who do not have experience in the process which they are leading but want the subordinate to improve he process as per their leaders. So, I will not recommend anyone to join the Vodafone for any Finance Processes.

Good Company to learn and grow. Good telecom projects especially in the field of CDR, Billing, SIEBEL and relevant technologies. Good experience of managing projects ranging from estimation , kick off, execution and closure of projects. Being a TMMI 4 level company one can hone the process related understanding as well. Excellen onshore exposure which gives opportunity to manage projects both at onshore and offshore and gives exposure on Stakeholder management.
