Not a good place for start-up

Company wise it is a good place however management create the fuss and makes the place further not so good to work. Too many of targets to achieve and have loads of pressure.

Only suited for telecom domsin proffesionals. NO job security. Management is immature and blames senior folks in the team for all mistakes even though onshore guys are responsible.

I have been part of Vodafone India for several years and would always recommend to anyone. As no doubt in terms of payment and great culture.

Everything is great in Vodafone Pune, just apart from one thing now company is moving to different location and that is far from the current location due to which Vodafone employees will have to think about it.

Highly recommended for Job

From work and learning perspective it is excellent. Some of the pillers are extremely working with latest technology. Always a sense of competition. Good acknowledgement of people who really work hard.

Productive and Safety workplace

Friendly environment to work, very keen about safety rules and regulations. I have learnt to be sincere and daily e-learning task with advance management skill and know your responsibility better while on duty.Management is quite supportive and have clear vision and focus to the goals,very much essential to grow as an individual, Culture is very much ethical and have a complete eco-environment workplace with lots of fun. The hardest part of job to keep management and team happy will fruitful with a better result for sure. The most enjoyable part of the job is to wear a safety culture all the time even if u r alone, with family or at work.

Overall good company

This is a good company to work but there should be some balanced structure so that the lower level staff should have a balanced life both professional as well personal. Also the ground level staff must be given clarity on the overall company future goals.
