stresfull and hectic

Vodafone may be good as a company but not for employees. The system for working in a BPO invironment is not for every manager and here at vodafone they take it very seriously , they actually don't want every capable person to work they only want those people to work who can favour there managers.

Place of Competitive and learning work culture

Very poor employment welfare

Company do consist of a very good work culture but didn't value the employ welfare and not considered about it. The learning part from the process was really good and being a vast process it was a very good exposure for any employ.

Infrastructure is fine, culture is underlined, job security is fine but management is not utilities it. As a corporate lack in HR activities. Management must ready to chance or take action on unwanted superiors.

i joined as a Graduate Trainee, but the company neither the higher management treated me or any of our batch mates as newbiee, we were always provided support and always a learning curve was provided never presurrised i was there fo more than 3 years but never felt any cons it was the best company to start a career with
