No doubt, Voltas is a good company one can work with for a longer period of time. Periodical training is imparted to the employees where in besides various other objectives and goals to achieve, special effort is made to teach and help employees to cultivate and maintain good ethics, values & culture in line with Tata's culture. I respect the Tata group. I think there is no matching in the country.

Slow paced and no increament in salary
It is a fair company. Only office employees enjoy every facilities but not the site staff.No support from HO for site related issues.if you put your whole life to this company they will put you in yearly contract. Personal growth in this company is negligible. I have worked in dpg for more than 9 years but only i have got 11k increament in 9 years. Only you would enjoy is salary in time without any facilities.
