Management is ok, they sort of listen to what you have to say but then don't have a vision themselves and listen to what is being told by their superiors. At times you have to question what's the purpose of all this and the work is not that engaging in my case, it may be for others in vehicle engineering.

One of the best places to work for. Very Welcoming and nurturing approach by senior management. Yes you have the responsibility to achieve business objectives, but they dont blame you if you fail. Leadership team will always try and help to understand the real problem and not simply blame the employee. Extremely supportive staff.
