The company is having value systems at the Group level. But as for local management, they are not competent.

Some departments are good to work with, some are real horror. This jib involves taking care of end to end finance - accounting, reporting costing treasury taxation Gst, working capital management, inventory management, business finance. Interacting with commercial departments to see what is the reasons for variance, actauls vs targets, etc.
