Waste of time

They prefer rural candidates, so that they will easily stick on to work and environment in work area. Easily we can take job. But no work stablety.Take it as temporary job for less then 1 year. There is no increase in salary and promotion, there is no work difference or salary difference between new employe and 4 to 5 years old employe.
