Career advancement depends on your team.
Overall a very good company. Great culture and much opportunity to work. Best benefits. However your hiring level and growth depends on team and manager and there is no standard in the org Personal Shopper in Georgetown, TX

Just don’t
I was a night shift stocker. I went in there thinking I’d do my job and mind my business. I actually cared. I believed the managers should be professional and fair, well.. no, not at all.. The upper (store managers) management yells in meetings, swears and is downright mean. They plot against employees they want to get rid of. They pit employees against each other. Unfortunately they are ALWAYS short handed because they don’t treat employees well and they leave. 17 (what they actually have) And these 17 workers are expected to do the same as 35 workers (what they should have).. They have this bogus algorithm (I found out later from a manager, it’s fake) they use to convince you that you should get this done in 3 hours etc.. it’s an incomplete figure. It does not include back stock and other trucks pallets delivered. They outright lie to you. The equipment does not work at all. If they have any available, you’re lucky. If you don’t, you’re still pressured to do the job just as fast. You are threatened DAILY to be fired if you cannot!!! It’s constant pressure as if you’re saving lives.. It’s so sad, if they’d just treat their employees well, they’d care to do a great job. But it’s Walmart, not rocket science. So if you’re going in there with this mindset as I stated above, you’ll do fine. But good luck.. Senior Software Engineer in Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Hectic job
Pay was good however work life balance was not. Worked 14 hours a day. it was very hectic job. One should be ready to attend meetings at any time. Moreover people r supposed to be online everytime. What would you say about your employer?
