24*7 work if you are in to support project And work life balance depends on project... but managers are doing lots of micromanagement .... need to work on holdays by taking off on working days.

If you are not concerned about onsite opportunities or work life balance ,then it is very good company with good learning and great payscale. HR should work on grass root level to make better work culture where people can be feeled valued.

Not so good for contract Employee

As a contract employee, i did everything i was asked to however there is no reward at all. Just false promises. Not even proper hike they would provide. No communication from management at all.

Excellent place to work. Good benefits. Good work life balance. Good ambience. God place for new joiners. Management is good. Good salary structure. Good work culture. Everyone is supportive in my team. Good benefits for employees in terma of remuneration and employee policy is really good. Lot of free time like to stabilize your personal work. There is always a room to implement your own ideas and concepts in the task that are assigned. No hustle work and everything in relaxed pace
