lot of pressure not planned due to extra load of work too much stress with no breathing space over all good place to learn a lot bad place for not having time for personal life.

No job securityany time you can be fired whether you are working since 5-10 years no matter.No leave policy,If you are absent 8 days whether you have any critical condition youself or in your family.They will make full and final after 8 days absent.No pf for staff it is only for workers.For a single leave application you need to go to MD or CMD even General manager or your department Head have no right to senction one day leave.Even if you take one day leave your one day salary will be deducted.If you are ill or you ave any emergency at your home and could not come to office for one day next day you have to write a appology letter to HR that if same mistake repeated in future you can dismiss me/my Job.
