Do not join if you have already job in your Hand.If working in same company from long time not getting salary hike .Then you can join but think in your mind that job will be not secure in weavetex overseas.Even if you are ill and not coming to office 7 days you will be fired.or on any other small mistake you can be fired at any time without any notification.
