Good environment for work. Also internal growth is good. If you start as fresher this is the place for you. Company think about people. But duty hours is long and you cannot maintain your work life balance.

On paper company looks well established but in real company is not good, management is also poor. Work environment is not good. Pharmacist are treated as a labourer. No respect given to the pharmacist. Salary packages are given by there needs not by experience and it's very low. Long hours of duty.
