Wells Fargo has a long-standing tradition of making an impact in the communities that we live in. One of the main ways is actively volunteering, and EGS allows employees to have one full day off a year to participate in volunteer work of their choice. Additionally, more than 3,500 team members across EGS locations participated in the annual company-wide Community Support Campaign, clocking more than 66,000 volunteer hours in 2018 by partnering with organizations to build homes, teach children, and help educate others about conservation and caring for the environment. Wells Fargo recognizes individual contributions on social impact with the Volunteer of the Year award for those employees who are deeply committed to community service.
As well as supporting volunteer work, in 2018 Wells Fargo has been voted one of India's top 100 companies for women to work, demonstrating our commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all our team members.
