It was good growing company and boss was very encouraging for new ideas.

Fast paced start-up and aggressively opening the centers across the state. It was well maintained centers and helping proper coordination with the centers

Horrible Company WellSpring/HealthSpring

Do not join HealthSpring/WellSpring. They have no respect; etiquettes for doctors. They delay your salaries, & esp. their HRs are foul mouthed when you question them for salary.

Wellspring healthcare pvt ltd mumbai Fantastic company!! Great to have a leader like our CEO. I like everything about my job, my colleagues are very helpful and so is my AGM & Manager one stop for all the solution to any problem in is our HR. Always approachable and makes sure you have no concerns what so ever

Bad to work with

As a centre manager it was difficult to manage this place as it had very bad culture set by earlier managers and senior leaders. I will not recommended anyone to work here

Good for freshers, get lots to learn

Transperant working culture, Salaries on time but no growth, after u join the company later on they may ask you to take a completely different role which u are not prepared for.

Timely bonus should be given Increment does not happen every year as promised by the company. Quality of work should be improved. Appreciate employees. Centralised process is required.

Serious and pressure Work Place

• As working at Front Desk need to book all appointments and keep track of that in provided S/W. • Making all bills for the patients in S/w as well as manually and keep track of those bills. • Completing all trackers. • Making call of all unsettled data. Also if there is any event in center then call all member patients f or to give invitation. • Most important responsibility is to upgrade patients who are coming at the center. Convince them to take higher price packages or to take membership. This is revenue generation from my side for HS. • Opening all visits for all doctors in S/W. • I have handled complete center in the absence of Centre Manager for 2 month. From serving water bottle to the escalation of patients, I have handled everything. • In presence of CM I also have center’s responsibility and petty cash responsibility and many other. • Registering coupons in S/W which marketing department gives on daily basis.

Be a slave

You should be ready to work as slave. This is only about Bangalore location. Other branches no idea. Work life balance worst. Worst managers taking credit for the work done by subordinates.

Good work place

A regular no of patients visit the centre and are consulted. The work place is good with good team but the follow up of patients is not always as expected for diet.

Interesting
