Work & Life Balance

Great place to work but salary is too low
Colleagues share healthy rapport. Work life balance exists but salary structure is way too low. No incentives. Certain months the salary is delayed extensively. You may feel left out if you are not in one of the prominent departments of the organisation. It's a happening place otherwise. For experience sake, it's a good place to start.

Slow and Collaborative
Good experience overall, but advancement is slow and work not as rewarding. The work hours are comfortable and leave system fair, the atmosphere is good and collaboration interesting. The pay is fair, but entry level may be slightly problematic for the area.

Great working environment
The work culture was great as the people whom i worked with especially the HOD were respectable and easy to work with. Since it was a college the environment was very good and events with staff regularly made the work hours more enjoyable .

Good Company
Whistling Woods International is institute and as a work place every day is a new challenge, I have learnt a lot here and with people always there to help. Documentation work is the hardest part but is something that is manageable. Location is relaxing as work will always be there but culture and location is also important.

Great place to work at.
Being one of the top film schools in India, you get to see students from various fields come together to follow their passion. The company has a great, lively atmosphere to it.
