Too good Workplace

Management so corporative. The company management is something down to earth and never compares recruiter with the managers or team lead. also their are high chances of getting growth, I resigned the company just because of some personal family reasons, otherwise I never did that in a month time.

get to meet and interview overseas people. get to know different cultures and recruitment process for different countries. The hardest job would be to get in touch with candidates who are based in Japan market; yet we do try to cope up with the same buying more time from the recruiters there; as they are also aware of the same. The best part of the job is interaction with overseas based clients.
