What is the best part of working at the company?The money was great and a saviour during the tough times such as the pandemic.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?16 hours a day, 6 days a week. Lost transparency under pressure.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Toxic. Started off with great vigour and transparency, as pressure grew managers at stated lying and hiding policies meant for the employees.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Work all night from sunset to sunrise and deplete all happy hormones.

When I joined the company, we were setting up new teams and taking up new projects. Work hours were long and work life balance was minimal. Exciting work and growth opportunities though. People rose from Executive to Director within 3 yearsExtremely good learning environment. Collaborative and hard working team. If you are looking for work-life balance, kindly avoid.

Pathetic company to work with

Never work for this company there is no job security, no work life balance. Pathetic managers no rules of working, no policy to work with proper guidance or SOP. Managers are worst here
