Toxic workplace
Legal Associate (Former Employee) - Delhi, Delhi - March 13, 2023
The workplace may present opportunities to draft letters to government officials, conduct research, and review commercial agreements. However, it is important to note that there is minimal involvement in litigation document drafting, and opinions may not always be valued. The workload is demanding, with compensation below industry standards, and there is a toxic work culture that is actively encouraged. Additionally, employees are expected to be available at all times, including evenings, without receiving overtime pay. Considering these factors, I would not recommend such a work environment, especially for legal professionals. While one may have an affinity for the company's mission, it is important to consider these issues before making any commitments.
