You can take retirement here. Good salary hike. No Stress of work. Training Benefits like Coursera.Job securityManagement is good. As I said you can think about your retirement here once you make a plan about stick to the one job
Job security is the only advantage in the company. All other aspects are very frustrating. Salary package is pathetic. No promotion. No proper increment. Management doesn't even bother to look at the well-being of it's employees. Work environment is totally thumbs down. Employees are subjected to unnecessary work pressure.
No growth, no acknowledgement of your efforts, you will be wasting your time and it will be just a black patch on your career patch. If a friend asked i would never suggest them to join here. Management will treat you like robots and give peanuts in return.
Pros

Cons
Worst management

I am enjoying working here as this is the best company I have worked so far and paying well. Management is good and the exposure to connect with onshore is a very attractive part.
Very slow growth. No individual growth chances. No extra monetary benefits. No incentives. No promotions even after you perform extra ordinary. Lot of favouritism.

Indian office is more like a back office hence a lot of data work.
