You can take retirement here. Good salary hike. No Stress of work.Training Benefits like Coursera. Job security Management is good. As I said you can think about your retirement here once you make a plan about stick to the one job
Job security is the only advantage in the company. All other aspects are very frustrating. Salary package is pathetic. No promotion. No proper increment. Management doesn't even bother to look at the well-being of it's employees. Work environment is totally thumbs down. Employees are subjected to unnecessary work pressure.
People are good
Quality of work is good
HR and Admin staff is good
Management can be improved
Scope of improvement of Employee Engagement
More employee friendly benefits can be introduced
good training and lots of activities. fun art work. Good team spirit. team activities. Group activities. Lots of learning. Good for females with good salary package. Slow growth.
Very slow growth. No individual growth chances. No extra monetary benefits. No incentives. No promotions even after you perform extra ordinary. Lot of favouritism.
In WTW a person has peace full task .It was good benefits for its employees. Colleagues are very supportive , even your seniors are understanding and professional.A person learns many things from its process. The task is good and the UK team also helps in overcoming challenges.
Good workplace to start a career, but in a long term it is not beneficial. Low rate of promotion and advancement, less opportunities, less salary, etc.
Pros
Pick up and drop
Cons
Low salary, poor management.

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?
Willis Towers Watson is Multinational Insurance Broker. A very good company to work with and build a career. Employee Friendly Company. Works with client focus.
Pros
Free Lunches, Pick and Drop
Cons
Long Hours
Willis has 8 hour shifts and work is BAU. As a Team Leader I see operational projects as well. It is trying to move and become a more technology friendly company and use ODP in the process operations.
Pros
Good Culture, Work Life Balance, Free Transport, Free Lunch through Sodexo
Cons
The quality of employees could be better. I have seen JLT and AON work with much better employees
Overall it was fantastic working with Willis Towers Watson. No day is the same here. There are various opportunities within the company for employees to grow into. One of the best employers I have worked for.
Pros
Free lunches and dinner (Coupons), amazing employee support and environment
Cons
Unpredicted long hours and incorrect delegation of work
I had a typical work life at Willis, with day rotational shifts and usually had overtime working hours. I learned a lot about Insurance especially major in the transportation business - Marine (Hull and Cargo). The culture at Willis was good and positive.
Cons
Long hours
Good for freshers
No scope for experienced employees as there are too many hierarchy for promotions. Promotion do not happen frequently so people end up spending 10-15 yrs waiting to reach a better level
Growth is too slow
No bonus or any perks and hardly any salary hikes
One of the best companies to work if you are looking for flexibility and work life balance.
Been there for more than 3 years, with the best and high performance ratings and yet one of the lowest salary increases and no career growth and defined career path for employees who are not working as HR consultants or not directly bringing business.
The work was great, amazing learning on what the role was when it began, but it becomes stagnant when you are repeatedly doing the same things. It felt great during the first one year, but seeing the business side of employees moving fast up in their career in a span of even 1 year, and seeing yourself being there for more than 3 years (with best performance ratings and excellent feedback) and still be there at the same level, position, salary where you joined, was demotivating. That was the hardest part of the job. Excellent to work for if you are in the business side (e.g. Rewards, Retirement, Investment).
When shared with the management on career growth, they increased the scope of my work and I was happy to learn more, which got extremely hectic (but I was more than happy to learn as much), however even then, working on increased responsibilities and getting high quality feedback from all stakeholders, there was no growth again, neither position wise and nor salary wise. When this was raised out, the only thing shared back by the senior management was that they were tight on budgets (which was extremely disheartening). An employee who puts his heart out and gets excellent performance ratings on paper and has a great rapport all - more...
The USP of WTW is that they have encourage a work life balance. However the wages / salary are too low for the amount of work done.
Management can be better. Overall a good place to work at.
Pros
Free Food
not so employee friendly management, not employee benefits, excess load of pressure from seniors managers, timing issue, overall bad management who make ledger of CSR but not follow in practically
A typical day at work. Learned different processes within short span of time. And have been initiated to learn more new processes. Very helpful colleagues and management.
Pros
Free Lunch coupons
Cons
Not flexible in shift timings.............
Good company, good salary, slow growth, good environment and colleagues. Good management.
Good workplace. Canteen services can do better. I got nothing more to say.
Pros
Good salary
Cons
Slow growth
You get paid well, with additional facilities like free lunch/dinner, yearly health checkup & free transportation. Best in work-life balance.Willis promotes best in class workplace culture.
