Hike percentage based on talent and experience
I would advice to bring some quality development projects and pay salary as per employees expertise and experience along with proper salary and band progression.
Pay a bit more and again the work hours are bad if ur into shifts.
Better management of resources of bench employees
Suitable opportunities for all levels of experienced employees. Long term vision for re-skilling / placing employees for future trends.
Keep an eye on persons who are experienced,give more classrooms trainings as web ex training is not effective.
Not having a great industry matching compensation pushes seasoned employees to look for options outside.
