  • More hike and more technical manager instead of people manager.

  • Hire enough number for resources an agreed work

  • Give a good hike.i worked there for 3 yeras in same package.

  • When you are giving the same rating to employees then pay hike should also be same. A more transparent approach in judging employees performance should be followed. Not good things written on paper are not properly implemented till ground level.

  • Employees hire through consultancy get the less salary. They work hard still not get payroll system after working years.

  • Respect to people who work hard and use their experience.

  • They should give options for retainer to core without any politics.

  • Company decisions are on high level, need to get the buyin from the ground level employees also who will actually face turbulent situations on the work floor, which will enable to company to take decisions successfully. Which will benefit the company and the employees and will not be biased.

  • Take more interest in their employee's welfare.
