After 45 days in bench we don't get salary here ,projects are less here good company Bench bad policy ,need to give more time for employees and wfo for 3 days

All depends on the project you are assigned

Good learning exposure and work is tough in the initial days. Pay is very less but fresher can learn and switch to other companies. Policies are okay .

Overall good

It will all depends upon the project you are getting. Bench policy is not much good. If we don't get any project in next 45 days then loss of pay will occur
