No pressure at work, wonderful team and supportive manager. Manager checks with the team members on bandwidth before he assigns work. We can take as many as planned leaves.

The team and project was good. Depends on project and team. Could not learn much as a fresher buy overall it was good experience. Salary is not competitive and less hike.

Pretty relaxing Environment

There are many learning opportunities here at Wipro, I myself got cloud certified and worked on cloud projects and that’s been phenomenal in boosting my career.

Horrible: Don't Trust

I was hired and laid off 16 days later in a mass layoff. Wipro didn't deal in good faith. I loved working with the topcoder division that got cut. The people were great. Wipro, I can say anything nice about those people. I would avoid them like the plague.

If you are a fresher and hardly have any technical skills or not from the elite colleges like IITs but have a very strong analytical abilities and communication skills then this job is definitely for you.Initially for the first two years you will feel insecured about career as you would hardly have gained any technical experience but definitely alot of maturity in terms of dealing with challenging situations. If you hunt for jobs with that profile, at the max you would land in a BPO with little increment in salary but trust you would miss Amazon since there cannot be any better profiles or organisation for category of roles. To conclude, you have almost no market value at this point of time unless you opt to move into a BPO

Great people, culture has taken a dive

Everyone works hard but the company has no problem taking on projects it doesn't have the resources to support. They have no problem working their resource 12-14 hrs a day to complete work that was over-promised by leadership.

All good only bench time issue = 45 days

Salary is on time and 20 K extra for medical bill. Over all company is good.Project can be changed after 18 month My manager is very supporting 3 day work from office.

Takes care of home grown talent

I had a very good career with wipro. I started as a customer service rep, go promoted to a SME, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager all in 10 years. As long as you do well in your job , the promotions and MSI will be rewarding. Unfortunately i had to quit my position to move abroad where i could no longer continue my career. My experience has helped me to be ready for other challenges in other Centers.

What is the best part of working at the company?Working remotely and along a good manager and co-worker What is the most stressful part about working at the company?The training and the fact you had to handle a chat and incoming call if they happen at the same time What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Easy going, with co-workes but with the least he got carry away with his micro managing and demeaning behavior toward me What is a typical day like for you at the company?Taking in coming calls. bench policy

After 45 days in bench we don't get salary here ,projects are less here good company Bench bad policy ,need to give more time for employees and wfo for 3 days
