If you are a fresher and hardly have any technical skills or not from the elite colleges like IITs but have a very strong analytical abilities and communication skills then this job is definitely for you.Initially for the first two years you will feel insecured about career as you would hardly have gained any technical experience but definitely alot of maturity in terms of dealing with challenging situations. If you hunt for jobs with that profile, at the max you would land in a BPO with little increment in salary but trust you would miss Amazon since there cannot be any better profiles or organisation for category of roles. To conclude, you have almost no market value at this point of time unless you opt to move into a BPO

All good only bench time issue = 45 days

Salary is on time and 20 K extra for medical bill. Over all company is good.Project can be changed after 18 month My manager is very supporting 3 day work from office.

bench policy

After 45 days in bench we don't get salary here ,projects are less here good company Bench bad policy ,need to give more time for employees and wfo for 3 days

The entire office building and it's garden is awesome, feels like at home.

1-Typical day at work: had to work for long hours to meet the given Targets, like I event worked on Sundays to meet the target.2-Learned to work under pressure3- Management is baised towards the people licking their shoes.4- best workplace I have ever seen so far.

Good office and people but salary and career growth can be slow

Good office, great infrastructure. You'll love the office, decent food, good garden, employee benifits,gym and facilities for recreation in the corporate office.Generally support project. Depending on luck may get implementation project also. They provide shift allowance. Some projects could be bad.

Free Transport facilities for shift. Shift allowance.

Cons

Low salary growth, may get stuck in older technologies and support work.

The work culture and timings are really good. Projects are really good here. But the hike provided here is not at all upto the mark. But there are multiple projects here and we have the option to switch
