Project allocations are not proper, on the bane of allowances they are mocking. Salary hikes are not there, no body has idea what is going on. Shift allowances are cancelled . Campus is also not good.canteen service etc

Growth/Promotion is slow, No Night shift allowance for US shift hours

Higher management is useless , highly irresponsible , insensitive, disheartening.if you are working for client then you will enjoy the work life balance because you will get client work environment but after 2 year if you come to bench then its dangerous .They can't even thing about employee work life balance not even thing about employee personal issue, if you don't getting any job outside then you can join this.But yes few good people are also there , i found only one, rest i don't know.

WLB totally depends on project to project. There are various ways you can enhance your skills and grow internally. I've seen people working in Wipro BPO division and moved into Wipro Technologies within few years of there career.
