WLB totally depends on project to project. There are various ways you can enhance your skills and grow internally. I've seen people working in Wipro BPO division and moved into Wipro Technologies within few years of there career.

I joined Wipro in Jan 2020; it was nice journey nice and very big campus nice culture and excellent service for Wipro. I worked there nearby 1.3 years there are many projects and campuses and all facility like gym canteen, games, libraries etc.
