Avoid to grow in career

If you have other options, avoid working for Wipro, as it provides less pay and a stressful, toxic work environment. Some managers can be great, but they would move to different organizations for the same reason. This can be proved detrimental for the new hires as they can be forced to work on some support projects that can run their entire life.

There is a great work culture. Usually get these projects but it also dependsOn how lucky you are. If you manager is good you will be fine otherwise get ready for long working hours and challenging deadlines

Managers are really supportive

Pros: Good for those who want relaxed environment. There is not that much work pressure and flexible deadlines.Cons: you will be deployed onto support project in 90% of the cases. So not that much development related opportunity.
