It is OK to work in Wipro. Do not expect much salary hikes. Do your work and get on with it. Provided WFH option for employees flexibility. Company is good, i can give 3 out f 5 rating.

Depends on the project u deal with, makes a lot of difference less growth in the support projects.Hr policies are not at all good. It will be depending on ur manger to have a good time in wipro.
