Project Engineer (Current Employee) - Hyderabad, Telangana - June 9, 2023

No growth, and no opportunities for freshers. It's a complete time waste. Been here almost a year, excelled in every training and assessment, but still got no real opportunity. Trying to get out of here ASAP.

18 months in Wipro and still no project assigned as a fresher. After 12 months, I was put on LOP. Even before that salary was low. No growth. Communication with the higher management is also tough.

Work culture depends on which project you're working on, I have worked on a project with full dedication but didn't got any appreciation instead of that they played me on PIP

Good company for freshers

Overall on my experience it is a good company. So many project are available and if you get one good project then you can learn alot. I started as fresher and I got to learn many technologies. One one cons is that you won't get much hike if you started with average salary.
