Salary structure poor and non standard

This organisation is good for training and has useful resources but they don't care about employee salary which is below market average.They use so called 'Compa ratio' during appraisal discussion and keep your salary below market average. Senior management try save their job by giving poor appraisal rating to employees and low MSI to employees.

Very good work culture.

All colleagues respect each other and also ,they are very helpful.Good place for freshers to start with, and if you don't know which skill you are good at, it is the time to explore.Wipro give very good opputo explore and learn various things which will be very beneficial for one's career.

Nice Place to work

Got an opportunity to work with multiple projects/clients and technologies. Work life balance and it's flexible company. Its a not on a payroll of Wipro. Totally 3rd party job.and they do not have any salary growth so i want to change this job for may salary growth. Enjoyed a lot the work culture which was very much educative and Learned most of the management skills there by new responsibilities.
