I worked with WNS from 2009 to 2013 and it was pathetic when it came to salary considering the numbers of hours we slog our backs taking phone call in the call center, plus the senior management is very strict and does micro management at peak, it is like being in a jail with strict break timings, If you are late by fews seconds it will impact your performance rating for that month. If you miss your cab it impacts your performance, anything and everything impacts your performance which is not fair at all
Only pro I can think of is that makes you very dicsiplined
Many - Low salary, bad management, no work life balance
In my experience its the worst company I ever seen. No proper management. If you raise any issue it will be never resolved as easier as you expect. You have to keep on sending remainder and follow up with each. Very worst administration, worst IT and systems. No new technologies they are following. All they have is only excel. You can't grow or develop your skills. In simple words have to say means this company is utter waste.
WNS runs on business taken from other BIG firms. It's basically a 3rd party who run other's business and make money. Hence, there are a lot of risk and negatives to this aspect. Pay is less, Facilities and Food is average. Suddenly the process i was working in shutdown and had no good opportunity to move internally which eventually made me QUIT. Employee Satisfaction level - 4/10. WNS analytical division is good and profitable compared to other processes and departments.

A Typical day at work looks okay Learned about Leadership, organisational skills & project management Work culture is still backwards Hardest part is making the management understand that sometimes they are wrong Sports & activities happening around festivals
Good learning, salary benefits minimal. - Work.life balance - multiple clients so multiple ijp options - good place to learn -. Job security - no mobile phones allowed
