Good place to work. Great work learning , team culture and environment needs to improve. Learnt a lot on the job as well as dealing with the management. However, the team environment was not always conducive and did pose as a threat to the stability and productivity levels of the team.
A fun place to work as it offers many opportunities for learning and growth personally and professionally. The flexible work timings is a cherry on the cake.
To handle complaints of customers & communicate with them on emails . To categorise the received letters of customers based on the nature of complaint . To respond accurately & actively to customers for their complaints. To handle cancellations & rebooking of tickets for customers. To do follow ups on refunds with billing dept.
Though, it is a BPO but they are the leader in their industry and they provide good working environment and culture to their employees. They provide opportunity to their IT employees to explore wide variety of domains with their multiple in house developed applications.

Chilled workplace along with fun activites About airlines services and how they operate Did not get enough exposure to understand management Pleasant workplace Lack of growth to resolve queries
Mixture of both work and fun and other activities
It was on one of the wonderful experience working for WNS, a part of Godrej because i worked for the Airlines Administration Dept. I got a proud chance to be a part of 700 airlines all across the globe. The management had its procedures and policies to follow where the work Rewards, Celebrations and get-to-gathers were organised on a timely basis. Work pressure is always there so that was completely fine as we were being paid to handle it well. Making airlines -hotel - car reservations was the most enjoyable part of the job as we got a chance to see the beautiful world online .
Free meals and transport
A typical day would start with a review meeting and planning for the week ahead. What I learnt was handling cross location leadership, virtual team management The hardest part of the job is lack of vision. We as a company was always catching upto what Genpact or others would be doing The team and work culture.
Work life balance
Lack of innovation
