Organization this big lacks cultural maturity. Management draws information on people via grapevine, rather than giving a chance of direct confrontation. People need to be pushed a lot to get work completed time. Initiatives are driven by whims rather than a more structured approach. End result being 70% of initiatives die down.

This was my first time working overseas away from my home country and I and never formally trained people before. The management saw potential in me and therefore hired me as a Voice and Accent Trainer. The hardest part was learning to train and manage as many as 25 people at a time. The most enjoyable part was the comraderie.
