Feel good while working with WNS. Spend 5 years and have strong experience of WNS. All colleagues are helpful. Management was friendly. So never feel stressed.

Managers are bloody damagers. They exploit employees to their full extent. Jobs are secured only of those people who are the favourites of the manager. The operations and quality people target tenured employees so that they leave their jobs. Once tenured employees are left they fill their positions with freshers who are hired on a very low salary. WNS is a great place for freshers. I have worked for 5 years and it was an amazing journey. Learnt a lot and overall it was a great experience. I would recommend to people who looking to start their career.
It was on one of the wonderful experience working for WNS, a part of Godrej because i worked for the Airlines Administration Dept.
I got a proud chance to be a part of 700 airlines all across the globe.
The management had its procedures and policies to follow where the work Rewards, Celebrations and get-to-gathers were organised on a timely basis.
Work pressure is always there so that was completely fine as we were being paid to handle it well.
Making airlines -hotel - car reservations was the most enjoyable part of the job as we got a chance to see the beautiful world online .

Very fast pace voice call process. Makes you take quick decision which helps you to learn fast. Schedule is a challenge as its a 24/7 job. Growth is slow
It is pretty useful for freshers to kick start their career to gain their confidence, but cannot stick there for long.Job can be monotonous.Management can be biased at times. 'Just come, do your work and leave' attitude is preferred.

I love my days at WNS. Professional colleagues, great environment, great leadership and a great company to be associated with. I would love to work with WNS again if offered a chance.
Good job culture however inflexible late night working hours. Allows healthy competition for staff due the large size of the organization, staff has to continuously hone and enhance their skills to ensure management oversight and timely recognition.
