You will need to promote yourself for learning. As Wns gives you enough space to learn and grow.You aren't pressurised to perform. Performance itself comes from within as the work culture is so nice and enjoyable.

Work is good but the management is very bad and working hard is waste of time. Informal people are much encouraged than formal people. Standards are very poor. over all il give 0 rating for this company even after working for 2years 10 months. People who don't work will be easily promoted.

WNS offers future growth prospective by enhancing skills of each and every individual on a personal as well as professional level. Their policies covers every important aspect and is employee eccentric.

I learned how to be effective and efficient at work by upgrading my knowledge through various training programmes conducted. A typical day at work was very hectic at times, however we had a good work life balance as we had regular saturday and sunday week offs which helped me to contribute well at home as well as work.

Not a good work culture, don't have too much opportunities to grow. very less salary , salary hike with only 5 to 6% pa. only best part is transport with free of cost
